Sight – Attractive mature currant pink color, abundant medium-sized bubbles with good vertical release forming a crown.
Nose – Fruity aromas, with tones of ripe grape and aging at the same time.
Taste – Good structure in the mouth with a currant flavor, fresh on the palate with good presence of carbonic acid and persistence. Completely free of dosage liquor.
Pairing – Perfect accompaniment to appetizers, rice dishes, and desserts with red and black fruits.
