Shipping Conditions

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. To optimize delivery, we invite the buyer to provide an address where the order can be delivered on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM.

Delivery times are as follows:

  • Deliveries to the capitals of Autonomous Communities will be made within 24-72 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
  • Deliveries to the rest of the peninsula and the Balearic Islands will be made within 24-72 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Please inquire about shipping conditions for Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

For shipments outside of Spain, please inquire at ferretguasch@ferretguasch.com.

All shipments are properly protected in specially designed boxes to ensure the product arrives in perfect condition.

If the courier attempts to deliver the package and no one is available to receive it, they will leave a note indicating the attempted delivery. Please contact the transport agency as soon as possible using the phone number found on the note to arrange a new delivery.

If there is no one to receive the second delivery attempt, they will leave another note indicating the second attempt. From then on, your order will remain at the transport agency’s office for 15 days.

After this period, your order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed.

Upon receiving your package, you should:

1. Verify the conformity of the received goods at the time of delivery.
2. Note any anomalies on the delivery slip, indicating your reservations and including your signature.
3. Transport providers do not allow the return of goods if the customer opens the package in their presence. However, you can inspect the box from the outside and if you detect that the box is wet or damp, do not accept the order. Our partner will notify us of the incident, and we will automatically send a new shipment at no cost to you.
