Description
Sight – Bright, clean yellow color.
Nose – Intensely complex with fruity aromas where exotic fruit notes (passion fruit, papaya) combine with hints of vineyard peach and grapefruit. Floral notes of rose and jasmine are also present, alongside vegetal touches reminiscent of hay and wild asparagus.
Palate – Elegant and well-structured, with excellent acidity that provides freshness. Fruit quickly takes center stage, accompanied by subtle vegetal notes, making it expressive, flavorful, and luscious. The aromatic finish leaves very pleasant sensations.
